Primordial Saronites (Raid lockout Dec 30 to Jan 12)

1) Issue/Request: Primordial Saronite Bids
2) Description: Hello all - we currently have 4 Primordial Saronites in the bank. Which means that by the next raid lockout, we'll probably have enough for peeps to craft the first ilvl 264 item (feet I think). So, in accordance with dkp rules, I'm opening up bids from pple who wants to grab these Primordial Saronites. Bids will close on Jan 12 (its slightly longer this particular bid cause we don't have enuf to award immediately, and I want peeps to get used to the system).

So in a nutshell, if you want to bid, state what item you are crafting and how many saronites u need. We will close off bids on Jan 12 (which is Tues server downtime), and the highest dkp peep on that date will get the saronites. The cost of the item will be as per existing dkp (so i.e., if you need 5 saronites for boots, you'll take 5 saronites and get docked dkp for 1 pair of boots). Let me know if you need any clarification

Sibei off topic leh.... do we look like we have 25 saronites available for bidding????? For the purposes of this thread, we're only talking about feet items! If we don't have any bids, then we'll keep accumulating the saronites and open up bids for chest items once we get to 8. For Shadow's Edge.... well, I believe the AH is selling Saronites at 2k each. GOOD LUCK! wahahahahaha......

i can start the ball rolling mah, i see forum so quiet, noone wants to bid for the 4 saronite, so i bid loh. i can wait till gbank accumulates till 25 saronites u know

but anyway, for warriors dps, i think icc25 drops a better feet with better colored sockets so altho i could like to do, i think i just have to wait for it to drop.

ya.. pretty lousy, im also confused why the crafted item lost out against dropped boots.

So I was speaking to Vairus, and understand that the legs are a major upgrade to him. Hence, as I'm not really that desperate for the feet, I'm withdrawing my bid. We only have 7 Saronites now though... So Vairus, I propose the following options:

1) I'm quite sure at least 2 more saronites will drop during our raid on Wed - hence, when bidding closes tomorrow, I can dock your dkp immed, and give you the saronites on Wed for you to craft your mats. 1 saronite will be given to the guild crafter to learn the recipe to craft the pants for you (you gotta get the other mats urself k?)

2) We can let the bid roll, which means no one wins any bid this week. This means your dkp doesn't get docked, and you will be bidding on next week's Saronite bids. Thus, your dkp will only be docked next Tuesday (Jan 19) but your saronites only get given to you on Jan 19 as well.

What is your preference?

If no one else interested in bidding, I'm ok with option 1. Dun mind my dkp being docked immediately. Thanks.

Vairus, we'll pass you the 8 saronites after Wed's raid. We'll also get a guild crafter to learn the recipe so that they can craft it for you. Please get your other mats ready k? Kaya - can you pls dock Vairus' dkp before tomorrow's raid? Thanks!
